Requirements:



  • 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Report in person
  • Basic computer skills


Shift Details



  • Pay: $13 - $14 per hour (depending on which department worked)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 12 PM - 9 PM
  • 1st Shift: Sunday - Thursday (9 AM - 6 PM) OR Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)


Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities:



  • Contact customers professionally to schedule delivery dates and times.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and address basic inquiries.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service.
