Overview

As an Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering significant components of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals efficiently and reliably. Key responsibilities of this role include active participation in the design of their solution components, investigating re-use, ensuring that solutions are fit for purpose, reliable, maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall solution and environment with clear, robust and well tested deployments.
You will actively look for opportunities to improve the availability and performance of components by applying the learning from monitoring and observation, automating towards zero touch, and championing a 'DevOps' mind-set.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and administer SAP Business Objectives

  • Assist in enablement and administration of SAP Analytics Cloud

  • Upgrade/patching of Business Objects servers

  • Good hands-on knowledge of could-based services and detailing out best practices and tool selection criteria for BI tools

  • Change management including software, hardware upgrades and patches

  • Work with agile coaches/leads to deliver in scaled scrum approach

Skills You'll Need

  • Strong experience and commitment to deliver in Agile process

  • Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving

  • Relevant experience in administrating various Business Intelligence tools including Business Objects, Tableau, SAC, and Looker

  • Programming language like Java/Python

  • Demonstrable experience on Cloud services and tools

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Experience in Performance tuning/Server management of Business Objects and Tableau server environment (Clustering, Load balancing)

  • Knowledge on spectrum of BI tools and offerings

  • Google Looker knowledge

  • Cloud certifications

  • SAC exposure

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $85,000 to $120,750.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
