The Salesforce System Administrator will be part of a team supporting the Salesforce platform. This position will be under the supervision of the Salesforce Senior Manager and work alongside the team including the Junior Admin and both Salesforce Developers, as well as other staff in the Information Services team and business departments, to orchestrate seamless implementation processes of critical projects on the Salesforce CRM platform. The Salesforce System Administrator will focus on gathering requirements, optimizing workflows, throughout the Salesforce deployment cycle. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that demands multitasking and involves interaction with various departments within the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce platform and business analysis experience supporting multiple teams and/or departments is required.

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a health plan or managed care setting preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of declarative Salesforce platform functionality, configuration, and customizations.

  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and document requirements for project task execution.

  • Knowledge of any of the following Sales, Service, Health, and/or Experience Clouds.

  • Ability to be highly productive, both working alone and in close collaboration within a team, able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.

  • Previous experience working in an agile environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems.

  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and colleagues.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.

  • Some knowledge of FSL, DocuSign and/or DemandTools are a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests preferred.

  • Proficient in Jira, MS Excel, Google apps, other commonly used business applications preferred.

  • Understanding of HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements preferred.
