Description

Plans, manages, and coordinates all aspects of business and community partnerships, at both the school and division level, including a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan; coordinates related events and programs; exercises leadership to design, create, implement, assess, and revise services or activities of the section.

Qualifications

Required

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations; communications, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in marketing, database management, and project management.
  • Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
• May be required to work a flexible schedule to meet responsibilities for day, evening, and weekend activities.
• Effective human resource and organizational skills, and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
• Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary Range

$117,997 - $179,505
