About the Role:

A Lead Product Manager in Digital Commerce is responsible for setting the vision and direction of a team for next 5+years, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, reporting out on the business results to the senior leadership, and working across myriad of global and cross organizational stakeholders to support sustained growth rate and enable rapid innovation in the programs. The incumbent is uncompromising in delivery of high quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. They will have exemplary product management skills; not only in terms of process, but also in terms of communication skills and organizational agility. The incumbent is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. They must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of TD SYNNEX's complex B2B offerings as well as the behavior of TD SYNNEX's internal systems. The incumbent will be analytical in their decision making, with the demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion and have a passion for supplying their clients with data. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential.

What You'll Do:
  • Organize and Engage Global Stakeholders (Customer-Business-IT Engagement, Executive Steering Committee) (10%)

  • Identify and Drive opportunities (Industry Research, Competitive Analysis) (20%)

  • Build Product Global Strategy & Roadmap (3-Year Strategy, 4-Quarter Roadmap, 3-Month Backlog) (20%)

  • Develop Business Case ROI (20%)

  • Drive KPIs Strategy (Revenue, Margin, Orders, CSAT, NPS, Customer Visits, Accounts) (20%)

  • Define Highly Complex Product Requirements (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories) (10%)

What We're Looking For:
  • 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience.

  • Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required.

  • Other Education / Certifications: Product Owner/Manager Certification

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
