About the Role:
Coordinate supply chain between New Age Electronics a Division of SYNNEX, anational consumer electronics distributor, and its customers, which consists of both traditional, online retailers and New Age Electronics a Division of SYNNEX , Account Managers and Sales Reps. This position will cover multiple aspects of operations but will primarily focus on both order management and product management. Ensures that product is shipped anywhere globally with minimal issues. This includes quoting customers, working with program managers, processing orders in the system, credit, and working with traffic and customs. Works directly with customer to develop SLA requirements and build measurable metrics in order to track and execute on SLA.
What You'll Do:
Receives, reviews, and processes all EDI and manual POs into the computer system and confirms with customer within customer's SLA requirements for PO processing to completion. Works closely with the PM and Buying team to ensure sufficient inventory availability and allocations are available to fulfill customer Purchase Orders. Coordinates with the Warehouses and Traffic department to ensure orders are shipped to meet customer expected delivery dates and pick-up dates. Fields customer calls and provides assistance with customer service-related issues requested by the customer regarding Purchase Order changes, tracking or delivery appointments Review open orders/product availability and product allocation DAILY for all accounts assigned. Monitor orders to ensure they are shipped to meet customers expected delivery dates; work with NAE buyer to ensure product is delivering in time to meet customers' expectations. If orders cannot be processed according to customer expectations, will communicate with customers and salespeople to advise of delays with customer orders. Work to build truckload quantities by location for out bound shipments. Correct EDI errors DAILY. Communicate to account and salespeople if delays occur in receiving inbound orders. Coordinate and interact daily with customers and multiple departments. Enter manual orders within 24 hours of receipt and confirm back to customers that orders have been entered. Field customer calls and follow through to completion purchase order status, purchase order changes, delivery appointment assistance, and mis-shipment resolution. Keep customer informed on product availability and end of life notifications. Trace shipments through to delivery as requested by customers(s). Maintain correct customer cross-reference information.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be independent and proactive to get daily tasks completed. Ability to deal with pressure effectively and deal with fluctuations within the workday and prioritize work accordingly. Must be able to effectively work within a team Requires ability to handle tasks/assignments which are moderately routine. Some tasks may be more complex than others. Use sound judgment in independent decision making and have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Normally works independently and sets priorities, receives detailed information on newly introduced assignments

Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree or equivalent Common sense
