Belcan is currently seeking an Account Director, Aerospace Strategic Accounts, located in Seattle, WA. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other related field from an accredited institution and 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all current and new business within a large aerospace strategic (key) account, including but not limited to: generation of sales opportunities, sales pipeline management, leading sales campaigns and capture planning to identify new opportunities and build cross-functional capture teams to drive them to closure, operational and project oversight, and overall accountability for all account activities.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal teams and external customers across multiple engineering and business disciplines and at every level up to senior executive leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Actively engage customers at multiple levels of leadership to understand their needs and challenges, and successfully position Belcan solutions against new business opportunities
*Develop and maintain a positive strategic relationship with customers to sustain ongoing work while also developing new business growth
*Collaborate with the Belcan executive team and engineering service lines on creating and executing a go-to-market strategy around existing and new service offerings
*Collaborate with engineering operations and across the organization to ensure project performance and customer satisfaction scores to maintain and increase market share
*Foster a growth culture across the organization

Qualifications:
*Bachelor"s degree in engineering, business, or other related field from an accredited institution
*10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
*5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management, including business development, sales pipeline management, CRM processes and tools, and proposal development
*Demonstrated track record of success in revenue and business growth
*Experience with strategic planning and execution
*Strong leadership, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills
*Excellent presentation and organization skills
*Ability to travel to customer sites (approximately 25%)

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 as well as a performance-based bonus structure. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
