ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: The Denver Office Receptionist is a valued associate of IMA. They are expected to support and demonstrate IMA's core values, as well as understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates. Due to the nature of this role, a high level of professionalism is expected. Duties and responsibilities are listed below and primarily include managing the main phone lines, routing calls appropriately, and greeting visitors and staff. They are responsible for the appearance and upkeep of designated office spaces. They serve as the gatekeeper for office visitors, ensuring security and addressing potential emergencies. Additionally, they mentor interns and team members on front desk responsibilities to facilitate their integration into the team. Expected Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
