Position Overview:

Concorde is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Nursing to be accountable for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization while ensuring a positive, professional recruitment experience for both the candidate and the hiring leader. In a self-directed and strategic manner, this position collaborates closely with department heads and senior management to understand their hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment plans, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

    Salary range is $100,000-$110,000/year depending on experience

Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Source Top Talent: Consistently consult with hiring managers regarding expectations, challenges, and process improvements. Lead strategic weekly calls with hiring leaders and HR partners to discuss candidate and requisition status and sourcing strategy.
  • Proactive Sourcing Strategies: Develop strategies for hard-to-fill or niche positions by building and maintaining a pipeline recruiting strategy for recurring or hard-to-fill requisitions, including ongoing relationship management with passive candidates.
  • Full Recruiting Lifecycle: Manage the requisition lifecycle for candidates and hiring managers, including posting, sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborative Partnerships
  • Partnership for Success: Establish and maintain a highly collaborative relationship with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors to yield success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Purposeful Hiring: Influence strategic workforce planning efforts by partnering with campus and home office leaders to analyze and forecast near future and long-term talent needs.
  • Effective Communication: Manage and coordinate communication with candidates and work with hiring managers to extend employment offers within the guidelines of compensation policies.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance
  • Enhance Talent Acquisition: Engage in continual learning and implementation of new recruitment strategies and provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  • Leadership Decision Capability: Develop and strengthen leadership hiring decision capability through the use of candidate assessment tools and interview guides, championing behavioral interviewing, initiating calibration sessions, and maximizing efficiencies through HR and ATS Systems of Record.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Support compliance standards by maintaining accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.


Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field (required)
  • Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition (required); Corporate, sales, and/or higher education recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Multi-state, multi-site experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Teams (send and respond to emails, set appointments and invite participants, create, modify, and use email / document templates, access files, send instant messages)
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing platforms, HR information systems, and other related databases / platforms (iCIMS and UKG preferred)

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

  • Analytical Skills: Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Complex Problem Identification: Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Awareness and Understanding: Be aware of others' reactions and understand why they react as they do, using this insight to inform decisions.

Organizational Excellence and Technical Proficiency

  • Organizational Skills: Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency with productivity software (MS Office), HRIS (UKG), ATS (iCIMS), and other sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.).
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, analyzing candidate skills and talents in the context of job postings and departmental requirements.
