About the role: Boston Scientific is hiring a Senior Specialist, Change Enablement to drive innovation within our Magellan team. Magellan is the largest technology and business transformation program Boston Scientific has undertaken in two decades. This global initiative is transitioning our ERP system from SAP ECC to S4 HANA, aiming to simplify, standardize, and modernize our core business processes. By doing so, we are positioning ourselves for future growth and leveraging the power of data across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Change Enablement within the Organizational Change Enablement (OCE) team, a global group dedicated to building enterprise change capability through a common language (Prosci), best practices, role upskilling, and delivering change strategies for major enterprise programs. In this role, you will lead the change strategy for the Magellan Program, specifically focusing on the advance team's future deployment. Responsibilities include executing the change plan and managing sponsor onboarding, upskilling people leaders, addressing change impacts, stakeholder management, end-user change journey activities, change network mobilization, and SharePoint administration. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
