We are in search of a Senior Customer Learning Designer III to join our Learning and Development department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the VP, Business Management Center and Advising and is responsible for designing, developing and facilitating effective learning solutions and resources for customers of AgWest. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is $76,000 - $119,000; bonus at target is 12% of salary. Job Requirements
- Lead and implement strategy, planning, design, promotion and delivery of AgWest's customer learning programs and resources; oversee annual customer learning budget and forecasting for future program needs.
- Understand organizational priorities and customer preferences to define and align outcomes and deliver effective offerings and measure results.
- Lead collaboration with Marketing to develop and implement internal and external promotion strategies aligned to AgWest's organization-level priorities and strategies. Lead collaboration with Events to proactively identify program dates and locations aligned with AgWest's event prioritization structure.
- Develop and implement annual and multi-year plans to deliver and promote all customer learning offerings.
- Write proposals, communications, promotional copy, and content for customers and internal audiences at all levels, including executive and senior leaders.
- Present and emcee in-person, online and recorded customer learning offerings, serving as one of the primary faces and voices of AgWest customer learning.
- Proactively identify relevant customer learning topics based on organizational priorities, research and direct interactions with customers and staff.
- Source, engage and manage internal and external presenters and content providers to deliver services and offerings.
- Develop and implement repeatable processes for program planning and execution, including stakeholder alignment, logistics, promotions, materials production, and delivery.
- Collaborate and coordinate with teams throughout the organization, leveraging interdependent roles and responsibilities to get work done.
- Proactively solicit customer and stakeholder feedback and review metrics to assess performance and identify priorities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all customer learning, resources and content remain up-to-date and align with established standards and content governance processes and timelines.
- Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge of customer learning best practices and competitors' customer learning and resource offerings.

Minimum Requirements
- Generally, requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, learning, business administration, organizational development, finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with business unit leads and internal stakeholders to design and facilitate engaging learning experiences
- Small and large group facilitation skills, across a wide variety of audiences and methods including in-person, online, and hybrid formats
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to synthesize and share complex concepts with a variety of audiences/stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner, influence and collaborate
- Basic knowledge of sales, business and marketing strategies and principles
- Progressively responsible experience coordinating operations or equivalent in a corporate environment
- Ability to adapt in real time situations to meet the need of audience and achieve desired outcomes
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of agriculture and agriculture business operations
- Prior experience in marketing, event management and facilitation, business management or consulting, public relations and / or communications
- Prior experience designing and facilitating customer focused events including guest speakers and panelists, preferably with an agricultural or financial focus
- Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple streams of work with multiple clients simultaneously
- Proven experience developing and implementing processes and workflows
- Proven ability to develop systems and maintain continuous process improvement
