JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assisting with the implementation of the facility occupational health surveillance programs
* Provide initial treatment of employees seeking first aid or emergency treatment for occupational injuries
* Active involvement in facility case management and return to work programs for employees
* Active involvement in facility health promotion and wellness activities
* Ensure adherence to facility occupational health policies
* Maintaining the confidentiality of plant employee medical records
* This job will require the issuance of daily safety permits as required by plant specific procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* B.S. Degree in Nursing preferred
* 5+ years of nursing experience
* Familiar with OSHA Safety Standards a plus.
* Safety background
* Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
* Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.
* Self starter with initiative to get things done properly.
