JOB PURPOSE: The Project and Strategic Planning Coordinator will be the link between program leadership and all projects, both internal and external. The primary purpose of this job is to represent program's role in all projects assigned by the Senior Director. This role will manage all project task assignments, monitor the deadlines, and timely submissions. They will be responsible for monitoring the strategic planning effort for this department and making required updates to the strategic planning software as needed. Because of this responsibility, this role will have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Sr. Director of Strategic Planning and Process Improvement. The selected candidate will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. EXPERIENCE: Three years of relevant experience with program development, management, or coordination preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, exhibition of exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
