Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage timely processing of all admission-related material (paper and electronic documents), data record and entry, database maintenance, related to admission including scanning, electronic and paper filling.
* Serve prospective students and applicants by answering incoming calls and respond to emails, greeting walk-ins, answering questions, providing prospects with contact information and taking phone messages.
* Support University partners and Academic units by answering incoming calls and respond to emails, and troubleshoot and resolve issues within Slate application system.
* Delegate work to student support staff and oversee the accuracy of the production of their work.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of administrative and customer service support experience.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Minimum two years of administrative and customer service support experience in an educational environment preferred.

Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required. Capable of using computer operation systems, internet resources and complex database systems. Familiarity with Peoplesoft or Technolutions Slate preferred.
