Job Description Vanir is seeking an Executive Director with proven leadership quality and strong communication skill who can build on our continued success in the transportation sector. At Vanir we understand the need for modern, efficient, and reliable infrastructure. Vanir provides support services for highways, roadways, airports, railways and ports. We have a long track record of success, and Vanir provides all essential elements throughout the life of the project. The Executive Director of Transportation works in a leadership, supportive and collaborative capacity to lead marketing, business development and key project performance initiatives. This position is responsible for advancing Vanir's presence, reputation, influence and capabilities in the transportation marketplace across the firm by working collaboratively with staff and industry partners in securing meaningful programs and projects, and continually improving our practice. This role maintains strategic focus for the successful pursuit, marketing, and acquisition of new business. The Executive Director supports each Area Manager with area growth strategy and program and project operations and will help increase and strengthen Vanir's presence in the transportation market sector as well as help achieve company long-range growth goals. Minimum Qualifications
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000.
