Advancement Associate, UA Operations The University of Virginia is seeking a highly qualified Advancement Associate to join the Operations team within University Advancement. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Leadership team and the Senior Associate Vice President for Advancement Operations. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, customer-focused, and possess strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic and fluid work environment. Success in this role requires someone who is action-oriented, with strong customer focus, savvy interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fluid and quickly changing environment. UVA Advancement offers a flexible and hybrid workplace. All team members must have access to and maintain a secure home office environment with high-speed internet service and work collaboratively with others using a variety of technologies and tools. This hybrid position can be frequently worked remotely, although periodic in-person work in our office building, on UVA Grounds, or at event venues is required.
