How you will make history here... In this role, Research and Development team for Campbell's the Packaging Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing package solutions to support Campbell's Meals and Beverage, specifically our Food Service brands. This includes primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging and the role requires emerging material knowledge, specifically in heat seal flexible films and pouches, thermoformed containers and corrugate and a general understanding of how these materials interface with packaging equipment. The Packaging Engineer will work with the broader R&D team, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality to execute low to medium risk Package Development projects. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to reliably manage and execute multiple projects at once. In this role you will report to the Senior Manager for Research & Development, Packaging. What you will do:

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $64,200-$92,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
