Job Title: Portfolio Analyst, Community Development Finance Group Corporate Title: Associate Location: New York, NY Overview As a Portfolio Analyst in the Community Development Finance Group (CDFG), you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial solutions that enhance the lives of those in low- and moderate-income communities across the U.S., particularly in New York City. You will be instrumental in the underwriting, reporting, operations, and asset management of high-impact loans and investments, directly contributing to closing the racial-wealth gap through initiatives in affordable housing, entrepreneurship, economic development, and more. Your work will not only support addressing community needs but also ensure compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), embodying our commitment to social, racial, and economic justice. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
