Responsibilities

  • You will provide instrumentation and controls design support throughout all phases of project development, including design, execution, installation, commissioning, and operational stages.

  • You will collaborate with internal engineering teams and external contractors, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with Solenis' Engineering Design Team and external engineering resources.

  • You will apply industry-specific codes, standards, and Solenis' internal instrumentation design criteria to ensure compliance and best practices in all project designs.

  • You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve instrumentation-related issues, including electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • You will assist in factory acceptance testing (FAT) and perform field inspections to ensure systems meet performance standards.

  • You will develop, update, and maintain essential design documents such as loop sheets, motor schematics, panel schedules, I/O cabinets, and one-line diagrams to ensure accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Ability to propose creative and practical solutions to complex problems, with a bias for action and a focus on results.

  • Strong drive to meet project objectives, accept accountability, and continuously achieve positive outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across all departments and disciplines to drive project success.

  • Skilled at analyzing complex issues, defining solutions, and implementing sustainable improvements to prevent recurrence.
