Assist patients, clinical professionals and the general public with access to healthcare services.Key Position Details: Consider joining our Customer Experience Call Center! More than just a call center, our team supports the entire system and works directly with patients and family members to help them navigate care. Two Locations Available: 1) Allina Commons 2925 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 2) Customer Experience Center 8880 Evergreen Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN Multiple Needs available that focus on: * Full Time (40 hours/week) and full benefits * Onboarding: First 8 weeks - 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM Mon-Fri. This includes instructor led classes, colleague shadowing and taking calls. * Customer Experience Center is open 24/7/365 * Shift/schedule will be assigned after 8 weeks of training * Current shift start times are from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM * Shift end times are 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM * Weekends may be a part of schedule * Candidates must be flexible to meet business needs * Public transportation options are available for both locations Learn a little more about what makes our customer experience centers unique: Careers with Purpose: Minda Garcia (brightcove.net) Job Description: Principle Responsibilities

Physical Demands Pay Range Pay Range: $20.32 to $27.68 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
