Summary The Knowledge Management Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and management of the Firm's knowledge management products and related systems. The incumbent supports the efforts to capture and maintain firm knowledge, including client and matter profiles in support of the Firm's knowledge management efforts and contributes to the implementation and ongoing support of knowledge management systems and processes. The KM Technology Specialist is also responsible for creating and maintaining profiles that suit each practice area and match the platform's standards, working with practice staff to understand their needs and set up processes to collect information, and checking the quality and accuracy of the content in Foundation while providing technical support to practice staff. Duties and Responsibilities In coordination with the team's KM Enablement Manager and KM Leadership:
Support the day-to-day operation of the knowledge management platforms, data integration and related systems.
