Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Responsible for conducting facility planning to support all major construction programs and projects
  • Continuous engagement with Probation and Regulatory Agencies to ensure that all current requirements and specifications are being utilized
  • Coordinate and provide all required documentation, throughout all program or project phases, to all appropriate agencies
  • Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, within the last 15 years, providing CPM consulting services, including at least 7 years or relevant project experience in the repair,
    maintenance, or refurbishing of existing governmental and institutional-type facilities.
  • Design-Bid-Build, Job Order Contract, and/or Best Value Construction Management Experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager supervising staff
  • Advanced knowledge and application of master planning, A/E solicitation, project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project
    controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, contracts and delivery methods is required
  • Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications and applied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost, administrative, and personnel
    interaction in professional settings are required
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project-related systems such as E-Builder, Prolog and Primavera are required
  • Proficiency with various document control systems, as well as new construction and modernization of government facilities is preferred
  • Justice experience is required
  • Registration as an Architect is preferred
  • Certified Construction Manager preferred

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $145,000-$162,000.
