Job ID: 39347 | Location: Belen, New Mexico, USA Clariant is currently looking for a Dryer Maintenance Technician Lead to support the Adsorbents and Additives Business unit in Belen, NM. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance, repair, and optimization of industrial drying equipment, ensuring all dryers operate efficiently, safely, and reliably to meet production demands. This role will involve hands-on technical work, as well as overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Dryer Maintenance Tech will also serve as a backup for the Dryer Supervisor, stepping into supervisory duties as needed and covering shifts to support uninterrupted facility operations. This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime, as well as on-call or weekend shifts to support 24/7 operations as needed.
