Rotex is now hiring an Aftermarket Strategic Sales Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This position is responsible for growing parts and service revenue with our established customer base. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue sales opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your talents and expertise to enhance our market presence. This is a hybrid position that requires up to 50% travel. Work You'll Do: * Identify and pursue parts sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. * Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets. * Create and present tailored proposals to potential clients, leveraging market analysis and customer insights. * Track and document sales activities, customer satisfaction metrics, and performance against KPIs. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention. * Collaborate with the equipment sales team and North American representatives to maximize parts sales. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and purchasing patterns that inform sales strategies. * Establish a feedback mechanism to gather insights from customers regarding product performance and service satisfaction. * Travel up to 50% within North America, with potential international travel as required. Basic Qualifications: * Minimum of five years of successful sales experience, preferably in industrial or related sectors. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
