EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Currently a candidate with 2 years towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with an accredited school in US.




  • Implementing scripting for automation of IAM roles within Nokia and Deepfield with SAML 2.0 and OAUTH technologies.
  • Providing IT Administration of several SaaS services (AWS, AzureAD, Alibaba Cloud)
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Providing general desktop support
  • Repairing and diagnosing laptop hardware issues
  • Managing ION/ENG network for Nokia SR series routers and switches
  • Managing IT inventory
  • Deploying various technologies including Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, InTune Company Portal, JAMF Connect and Ubuntu Landscape
  • Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Lenovo, HP, Dell and Apple hardware with MacOS, Windows 10 and Ubuntu operating systems
  • Implementing IT Security concepts and best practices (SANS, ITIL, CISSP)
  • Assisting in setting up an IT/AV network and infrastructure for our new office



Two years toward aB.S computer science or similar degree



  • Some experience developing a scripting language; experience with Windows Powershell, Bash Scripting and MacOS Automater is a plus
  • Solid understanding of MacOS, Windows and Linux operating systems and troubleshooting; familiarity with networking concepts a plus
  • Background in MacOS, Linux and/or Windows IT Systems administration, IT help desk and TCP/IP LAN technologies
  • Experience with IT hardware repair and troubleshooting with both Apple and PC hardware vendors (Lenovo, HP, Dell etc)
  • Ability to sit, squat, crawl and lift up to 50 lbs with little assistance.
