In the role of Structural EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Analyze member sizes for structural engineering building projects
  • Be proficient in the use of Revit to model the building elements that you design
  • Work independently on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects
  • Coordinate with other disciplines including architectural and mechanical
  • Communicate verbally, and in writing, to effectively convey information to team members
  • Research multiple potential solutions to engineering problems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
  • Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architectural engineering, Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering
  • Previous structural design experience (internship or full-time work experience) is a plus

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
  • Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
