From your PASSION to ours The Associate Brand Manager will help lead and manage key aspects of the Stonyfield Organic yogurt portfolio. This position will support the development and execution of the brand strategies that enhance Stonyfield's products' market presence and deepen consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organic food, a keen analytical mindset, and strong collaboration skills. This position is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in the office at our Bedford, NH location. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Brand Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing brand plans through market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to guide strategic direction. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data and market trends, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, in-store), ensuring alignment with our brand values and messaging. Product Innovation/Renovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development initiatives, focusing on key growth areas within the yogurt category, product and packaging design, P/L execution, and marketing strategies to drive awareness of the new innovation. Packaging Development: Manage implementation of packaging design and graphics updates including obsolescence tracking and timeline management. Consumer Engagement: Manage implementation of promotional and marketing programs that build relationships with consumers through various touchpoints, including social media, events, partnerships and promotions. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
