Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Program Assistant 3 for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

Coordinates administrative processes and prioritizes, directs, and responds to business matters involving administrative functions associated with education, research, and/or operations. Creates and maintains associated documents, spreadsheets, databases, meetings, special events, etc. and alerts supervisor of critical issues and upcoming events.

Qualifications Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.
  • Experience with event coordination.
  • Experience with coordinating VIP calendars and travel (domestic and international).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple incoming priorities.
  • Experience with budgets and financial transactions preferred.
